Dubai has developed the worlds first dynamic architecture project, a 17 floor skyscraper. Each floor rotates throughout the day offering panoramic views of the city (who wants to move with me?!) The building will keep changing form during the day! Which means in ONE day you'll have a view of the ocean, sunset, sunrise & the city! Ch-ch-check out the video!
